The best thing about this software is that we can easily fill up the carrier and customer details and add up all the shipment details and make it a load in aljex. As a shipping agent I always feel diificulties while making documentation and I used various softwares to made data but had issues with learning the easiness of the product so I tried using this software and it actually helped me in the way I was looking for , It provides lot of options to make our selection and makes my work flow smooth. How easy it is to use. Everything is quite easily accessible. The fact that it is a web app makes it easy to start using since it doesn't require additional applications to run, just a browser. I have been using this particular platform for quite a long time and i must admit to the fact that it is too good and very professional software. It is fast and most reliable software. We can easily make our rate confirmation here with complete trucking compnay's as well as the customer's information. I more frequently use the Classic version of Aljex than Vision. The commands and usage of the feature are a little more complicated to understand and remember while using Classic when installed initially. I like monitoring accounts receivable, load posting for logoistics, tracking carrier information, and charging customers—all of which are suitably updated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One issue with invoicing is that multiple people cannot operate on the same load at once. This takes a lot of time, therefore there might be an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Aljex does make the booking and tracking truck process easier. The colors are easy to tell the difference in statuses and it is easy to use. Because we use this software everyday, it has become an easier process overall.

While the process is easier, this seems like a work in progress. We have had multiple issues with overall slowness with the product, and while customer support has helped us, there are still some things that remain overall not what we want. We still don't have the rate confirmation changes we asked for, we still struggle with overall slowness, and we thought these are things we would have solved after over a year of implementation. Upon getting this software, we were told there are things that we should be able to utilize, but the split screen option still doesn't work well, multiple shipments mix up money, and there are just too many outages when updates come out. Every update seems to slow down Aljex, to a point where one morning we had to use the beta version, which worked well as a placeholder, but is something that shouldn't happen.
