One downside is that there is SO much to understand and track and that can be difficult to keep up with. You'll need someone on your team that can keep tabs on your DirectEmployers relationship - it's not a full time role, but it needs to be in someone's direct purview. I think DE has great content from the federal contracting corner resources to the community blog to the events. Everything has been very informative and hasn't disappointed us!
