"Best customer service out there"
What do you like best about Drip?

The chat customer service with Drip is the best I've ever encountered in my 3+ years of working with them and other services. You have a real person on the line with you and there has never been a problem they haven't been able to solve. Even if something had to be escalated up the chain, it was fixed within a reasonable timeframe. I can't brag enough about Drip customer service! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Drip?

I wish there were more templates to choose from and it would be nice to be able to code some custom changes a little more like I can in other platforms. I also have to check and recheck that my links are correct, as sometimes they will default back to whatever was previously there if I have duplicated a campaign. We call this "getting Dripped" whenever it happens, so that goes to show you that it happens relatively often. It's a minor inconvenience overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great ecomm focused marketing automation platform"
What do you like best about Drip?

This platform is good for e-commerce personalization and lifecycle marketing. Most plans offer unlimited email sends, which is a great advantage. The advanced segmentation and automation tools make it easy to target the right audience. I also find the intuitive email builder, with its reusable blocks, very helpful for creating campaigns efficiently. Additionally, the analytics and ROI tracking features are robust and provide valuable insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Drip?

No free version available, and the starting price might be too high for small businesses. The platform also has a steep learning curve, which can be challenging for beginners. Additionally, it offers limited native integrations with platforms such as WordPress or Wix. Live chat support is only accessible to accounts with more than 5,000 contacts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A flexible platform with stellar support that truly listens"
What do you like best about Drip?

Drip gives me everything I need to run a modern email marketing system: smart segmentation, detailed automation, and solid deliverability tools. What truly sets Drip apart, though, is their customer support. Every time we ran into an issue ( whether it was around soft bounces, inactive subscriber logic, or tracking behavior ) the support team responded quickly, clearly, and with actionable steps. They don’t just “close tickets”, they actually help. I also appreciate how intuitive the interface is for workflows and segmentation logic. You really feel like you have control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Drip?

There’s not much to dislike, honestly. If I had to point something out, it would be that certain tracking behaviors (like open detection) can be misleading due to inbox image-blocking, which can cause engaged users to appear inactive. But this is more of an industry-wide limitation than a Drip-specific issue. Thankfully, the support team helped us build custom solutions (with tags and workflows) to better manage this. The best features of Drip are as follows -

1. I believe that Drip has the best in class library/collection of various types of templates and layouts for well suited for various types of campaign. It saves a lot of hassle designing specific templates from scratch rather you can easily edit it to your taste upon the existing templates. It has gave me great results so far with my advertisement campaigns.

2. The AI assists on it is very neat. It provides help in composing and scheduling the emails. The dashboard also consists of various intuitive and technical features which helps you out creating various campaigns.

3. In the fore mentioned part about advanced feature is the email template editor it is well designed and provides tools to change the entire appearance of the template.

4.Also I believe that the software has great email automation is well suited for small enterprises considering the workflow quality to the price which makes its a great their customer service is totally commendable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Drip?

The features where there is a room for improvement are as follows -

1. I felt that the Sign up window is totally buggy as even after filling all the require fields it was showing to fill all the blanks. Also there was no email confirming my login/ sign up with them and while closing the tap and opening it again i found that I was logged in automatically. This can be a security issue.

2. I believe one needs to go through tuitorials and articles to learn the software which rates its learning curve complex for the beginners as my team found it difficult in the start.

3. I also think the entire experience can be buggy and slow regarding that the software would jump around pages and crash without warning which leaves you inefficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
