The Eventee App is an outstanding event platform that simplifies hosting events. It offers robust features with user-friendly functionality, streamlining the entire event management process. By using Eventee, our organization presented a professional image and accessed all the desired features and more in an event app.

Users found the app exceptionally easy to set up and navigate. I received excellent feedback on its features, with many noting it was significantly better than other well-known event apps, which are often more complex and challenging to use. Attendees praised the seamless setup, engaging social wall interactions, clear timelines and schedules, and the program section, which allowed them to customize their event selections. Overall, the feedback was overwhelmingly positive, setting a high standard for our future events.

As a host, I appreciated the straightforward setup, efficient management tools, and effective feedback mechanisms. The customization options allowed me to enhance our event by adding venue maps, local activities, and dress code notes for special events. The setup process was intuitive, providing all the necessary options. Features like push notification announcements, social wall interactions, agenda management, and flexible participant invitations made the process smooth, including the ability for guests to join on the fly. I could also include headshots, bios, social media links, and other details for speakers, sponsors, and highlighted individuals. Additionally, the app’s real-time tracking feature was impressive, instantly displaying the current agenda upon opening.

What do you like best about Eventee?

In the feedback from our regular community meetings, we started seeing a request to support networking even after the event ended or before it started. Participants wanted the opportunity to connect with people they hadn't had a chance to meet during the event itself. And since we had excellent references from organisers of other events for Eventee—and our own positive user experience—the choice was clear.

We migrated even the entire catalogue of presenters (similar to an abstract book, but with photos and speaker contacts) to the app quite smoothly and gained comprehensive support for establishing new collaborations. What do you like best about Eventee?

I was part of the organizing team for an international exercise hosted by the Czech Army. After careful consideration, we decided to give the Eventee app a try — and it absolutely elevated the whole exercise. Looking back, it was a true game-changer. Without it, we would never have achieved the level of information flow necessary to keep participants fully updated.

Event administration in Eventee is a pleasure — you can get oriented in minutes, and the entire event can be set up within a single day (depending on the program complexity and number of speakers).

The admin support chatbot on the Eventee website is simply outstanding. It’s probably the best AI chatbot I’ve ever used — it actually works and always provides helpful answers. Compared to the typical chatbots from mobile providers, banks, or other services, this one is on a completely different level.

The program within the app is clear and well-arranged. The gamification features engaged participants and encouraged them to use the app more. The news section was a great way to update everyone instantly through notifications. The social wall allowed participants to share fun moments from the event and helped with networking — a fantastic way to connect with fellow attendees. The platform also supports sharing PDFs and other files, which we used for essential information, exercise rules, and documents that helped the flying crews navigate during the event. The “magic link” for sharing the event is an excellent feature — it worked flawlessly on both Apple and Android devices.

Based on feedback from the international military flight crews, the Eventee app truly made our exercise stand out — and it has set a new benchmark for how we will organize future events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eventee?

There weren’t many things I disliked about Eventee. Of course, there are some areas for improvement, but they are so minor that they wouldn’t stop me from using the app again in the future.

- I would appreciate better visual differentiation between individual program sections that are oriented differently.

- On the Social Wall, it would be great to have the option to add comments.

- The maximum file size for a single document is limited to 25 MB.

What do you like best about Eventee?

For this year’s HomeCareCon 36th Annual Conference & Trade Show, the Home Care Association of Florida (HCAF) chose Eventee as our official mobile event app — and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results.

Eventee stood out from the beginning for its affordability and ease of use. The platform was simple to set up, and attendees repeatedly shared how easily navigable and customizable it was on their end. The ability to build a personal schedule was particularly appreciated, and the overall user interface made finding sessions, speakers, and resources effortless.

One of the most popular features was the gamification component. It energized and engaged attendees, driving meaningful interaction with our partner organizations, including sponsors and exhibitors. The creative use of challenges encouraged booth visits, conversations, and deeper involvement throughout the event.

The Social Wall brought the event to life with real-time posts, photos, and shoutouts. It created a sense of community among attendees, while the in-app networking feature made it simple for participants to connect directly with one another — whether they were longtime members or first-time attendees.

The schedule feature was a standout — not only was it visually clear and easy to browse, but the ability to add session handouts directly into listings made it convenient for attendees to access materials during and after presentations. We also appreciated how easy it was to make updates on the fly, and how seamlessly attendees could follow their personal agenda.

From the initial inquiry through setup and live support during the event, the Eventee team was consistently responsive and helpful. Their support allowed us to focus on content and attendee experience, knowing the technology was solidly backed.

Eventee was a clear win for HomeCareCon 2025. It offered an affordable, easy-to-use, and highly engaging experience for organizers, attendees, speakers, and partners alike. We highly recommend it to any organization planning a conference, and we look forward to seeing how the platform continues to evolve to meet the growing needs of event organizers and participants alike. While Eventee already offers a fantastic foundation, we’re excited for the continued development of features that could take the platform even further. Our top hopes for future enhancements include:

• More detailed analytics for partners, such as tracking booth visits and user interactions.

• Customizable evaluation forms for session feedback, giving us greater control over questions and reporting.

• Interactive speaker and partner profiles that can be “claimed” and managed directly by speakers and partner representatives. This would allow them to respond to session questions or polls, track engagement, and accept one-on-one meeting requests — streamlining the attendee experience and reducing the burden on staff to manage and update these profiles manually.

We used Eventee for lyzakjinak.cz, a week-long entrepreneurship program at a high school, and it quickly became our single source of truth: daily agenda, announcements, speaker bios, and all communication in one place. The customization options let us tailor the app to our format, and the admin interface feels straightforward once you get the basics—after that, updates are fast and hassle-free.

A highlight was the networking feature (our students nicknamed it “Tinder for mentoring” 😊)—perfect for matching with mentors and peers for quick consultations before, during, and after sessions.
