Expensify truly simplifies expense management for both employees and finance teams. At my organization, we rely on it to process reimbursements for travel, meals, and client-related costs. The SmartScan feature is especially convenient—I simply take a photo of a receipt, and the app automatically populates the necessary details. The user interface is intuitive, allowing me to track the approval status of each report with ease. Occasionally, the SmartScan feature misreads details on some receipts, especially handwritten ones, which means I have to manually correct a few entries. I’ve also noticed slight syncing delays with corporate card transactions from time to time.
