It is a very manual system and doesnt appear to be working to modernize, also very costly for a manual system compared to the new automated and easy systems. Due to continued difficulty we are moving to another system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Unable to reach the billing dept with their new ticketing system. It took me over a year to get a reply to my billing ticket. When invoices have errors, which they do, it takes 9 months to over a year to get a response, this is not an overstatement. No one to help you manage your billing side of things when issue arise, when they claim you havent paid an invoice and you respond and respond they dont answer and keep threatening to shut down your services. We are being charged for overages when we have 15 under users of our contract, but unable to get help. A new 30% increase on existing costs just landed and no improvements to the systems or customer service... I think if they took the time to work through these issues with us we might not have been so quick to move systems. Also, if you do move systems, you have to pay $1200 a year to be able to access your historical data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
