What do you dislike about Engagedly?

For the purposes of how our organization utilizes the check-in feature, it is not very user-friendly. It is complicated that check-ins are avilable only three days prior to the due date but stay available for two weeks after. Also, it is difficult to pull reports to get the information we need. For example, if i were wanting to know which employees did not complete a check-in over the last 90 days I have to filter all the way through the completed ones - it is a lot of cross-referencing. The most helpful is that we have options like Overview, Feedback, Chek-in, Learning, Goals, Performance, and Groups. This makes it easier and more helpful while using it.
