What do you like best about FarEye?

Fareye is very helpful for tracking the real time movment of the vehicle and material , with the help of fareye dashboard we can check all the pings status as well alert catagory at our end for smooth process. with the help of HZL dashboard we can fetch the report as well at our end for record purpose. What problems is FarEye solving and how is that benefiting you?

HZL is using Fareye for real-time vehicle tracking, with the primary purpose of preventing theft. Each vehicle is equipped with a GPS device, which helps us monitor live locations. Through the Fareye dashboard, we can also view and manage all the alerts generated. A large number of alerts are created both at the plant and during transit, and Fareye provides a dashboard where we can track and update these alerts as required. What do you like best about FarEye?

We are using web portal to update the alert but sometimes we faced login error or slowness. and for this reason it take some time to check and update the alert. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FarEye solving and how is that benefiting you?

HZL is using Fareye for tracking purposes. Different materials are transferred from one plant to another, and during this process, theft is a major challenge. To address this, we are using the Fareye dashboard, where we can monitor all alerts generated both at the plant and during transit. What do you like best about FarEye?

Fareye is providing us plantform where we can check the vehicle tracking and also we can check the alert which was created in (plant and IN-TRANSIT).

HZL is using FarEye for theft prevention. Different materials are transported from one plant to another, and for this purpose, tracking is required.

FarEye has provided us access to the Sarathi portal, through which we can check vehicle status and track the movement of materials from port to plant and between plants.

What do you like best about FarEye?

The best part of FarEye is the Sarathi Dashboard. Our primary task is tracking vehicles and monitoring alert notifications, and the Sarathi Dashboard makes this incredibly efficient. Everything we need is available in one place, including:

Minor improvements needed: the initial learning curve could be smoother, and some reporting features could be more customizable.
