What I appreciate most about FortiClient is how simple it is to set up on a mobile device. I frequently use it when working from home or while traveling, and I never experience issues with losing my work connection. With the COVID-19 we shifted to working remotely from home for over a year with few in-office workdays. Our company chose this software to make a secure connection to our work systems. I provide after-hours support, so I still need this essential software when providing support from home. We are now back to 4 days a week in-office as of this week. Very user friendly interface, pretty straight forward.

Doesn't take long to set up and integrate, if there's any issues, there's a ton of guides online on the fortinet cookbook that go in detail.

Support has always been quick and effective, I've personally had three issues over the years and the issue was always resolved on the same day. (Though we do own the fortigate firewalls so we had access to premium support)

You don't have to pay for the vpn client, it connects on the free version as long as you have a fortigate router.

Back up and restorable configs for ease of distribution.
