One area for improvement in the Fracttal system would be its measurement points. A useful tool for measurement points is the measurement of vibrations or recording of electrical parameters in motors to generate trends. It would be useful to be able to record these measurement points in a simple way in the work order forms, or a tool within Fracttal that allows this tracking to form trends of these values, and also, as can be done thanks to the measurement points, generate alerts that trigger maintenance work. What I highlight most about Fracttal One is its comprehensive approach to asset maintenance management. Its user-friendly interface and easy navigation make it accessible for users of all levels. Additionally, its ability to centralize data, schedule preventive and predictive maintenance tasks, as well as generate detailed reports, significantly optimizes operational efficiency. The possibility of access from mobile devices further facilitates real-time monitoring and agile decision-making. What I like least about Fracttal One is that, at times, the platform's loading speed can be slow, especially when working with large volumes of data. Additionally, although the interface is intuitive, some advanced features might require an additional learning curve for users who are less experienced with maintenance management systems. The most useful aspect of Fracttal is being a responsive platform that can be accessed from any device and at any working hours according to the needs of each business.

Recently, we have identified some latency in certain operations, and especially that the Integration API should include its version of BIDIRECTIONAL methods and not just unidirectional, since not all processes originate from external applications seeking to integrate. It should not only be a receiver but also an emitter towards other external systems like the ERPs with which it must work.

I would like the bulk actions feature to be more developed. For example, to download multiple work orders simultaneously in PDF format.

I would like to be able to associate an automatic equipment status record according to the responses to the subtask questionnaire with predetermined answers, and for it to change the unit's status or generate some kind of alert if the intervention did not yield good results. I think it lacks dedicated training modules, like "step by step" ones. For example, if you want to learn how to create a work order, it shouldn't just be through a webinar or a class-type video, but rather through very brief and specific interactive modules on the software's own screens. This would be very helpful for technical profiles, for example. In my case, it has been difficult to train users because we are implementing the software on a ship that spends a lot of time at sea, and there are only certain dates when I can have direct contact with them, so I have to create simple guides myself so they can learn to use the platform. Fracttal One is a very intuitive tool and is tailor-made, and with that, the disadvantage is the customizations at the company level; we must enter a vote to change any functionality. It has been three years of using the software, with daily use, due to my role within my organization as a maintenance planner. The ease of implementation and how user-friendly the Fracttal One management software is to access the platform and each module of the Dashboard, the ease of obtaining relevant information for your organization, focused on the maintenance field, and access from other devices like cell phones and tablets.
