Fresh books allows me to keep track of multiple clients with multiple projects each in a clean and organized manner. It's easy to create and send invoices for each project. FreshBooks doesn't recognize the expenses I add manually so when it syncs to my bank I have to go through and delete expenses it imports because I've already entered them manually. Petty Cash as a concept. The onboarding. The channel partnerships team that DIDNT suggest Kate Josephine Johnson (she is the only reason I've been able to use this succsesfully), that there was not a better onboarding/implementation support process.

That if you take a pciture of a receipt when you have it it will always create a duplicate expense that you have to copy/paste/move later. The matching for Quickbooks is far superior. I've started losing receipts or having dupes. Neither is good. Also the email address for submitting receipts is clunky/bad.

That Clients/Vendors aren't the same thing. That Bills don't integrate.

That there's no way to carry a balance that rolls over on invoices.

The app is a fraction of the functionality of quickbooks' app.
