I’ve really enjoyed using Guidebook—it’s so easy to work with on the admin side, and being able to make real-time updates has been a huge plus for keeping our event running smoothly. It’s also super simple for attendees to use and looks great on their end, too. But honestly, the best part has been the customer service. Our rep, Christian, is hands down the most responsive and attentive rep I’ve ever worked with, and the tech support team is always quick to jump in and help with any questions or issues. I think there’s room to elevate the impact of the banner ads—currently, their size limits visibility and reduces their overall effectiveness. I also ran into some challenges creating the graphics; more detailed design specs or templates would be really helpful here. Additionally, the process for bulk uploading sponsor logos felt a bit manual and time-consuming—streamlining that workflow could save a lot of time on the backend.
