What do you like best about Guusto?

I like the fact that the employee can choose whatever gift card they like, that way I don't pick something they won't use. It's also immediate recognition of the work, instead of waiting for me to go purchase gift cards, or get them sent in the mail. What do you dislike about Guusto?

Overall, I'm extremely pleased with Guusto and don't have any complaints. My only suggestion for future is to figure out how to transfer funds from US$ to CAN$. We have team members in both countries, and when I have to send a gift up to Canada, I have to ask another manager up there to issue the gift. Would be nice if I could transfer one (using current rates) from US$ to CAN$. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Guusto?

The ease of use of the platform, the ability to create teams and preload your crew so you can easily select an employee to send appreciation in form of a gift.

What do you dislike about Guusto?

So far so good - there was a bit of time I had to wait to secure my account and use of a credit card vs loading in funds with a cheque or transfer, but overall Guusto has been a positive experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One area where Guusto could improve is by expanding the range of gift card options or vendors in certain regions, as this would provide even greater flexibility for recipients. Additionally, it would be helpful if there were more advanced reporting or analytics features to track usage trends and impact. What do you like best about Guusto?

Guusto allows users to send out multiple recognition emails/gift cards at one time. This is extremely helpful after a group task or reward for achieving a team goal. This is a major time saver. What do you dislike about Guusto?

There are not any downsides worth acknowledging at the moment. In the beginning or credit card company marked the charge as a security issue but we have worked passed this issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Guusto?

The platform is easy, user friendly and provides engagement opportunities amongst staff- for example, birthdays, anniversaries etc.

no downsides but you should have a team who will check in with companies to make sure they are leveraging all the benefits of Guusto, help companies set-up their dashboards and make the most of it.

What do you like best about Guusto?

The platform is pretty easy to use and the support team has been wonderful. Any questions that I have get answered immediately and fin is also great! The driving factor that led us to choosing Guusto was the fact that we could send e-gifts to our global team members. Loving it so far! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guusto?

Navigating the platform isn't very intuitive (which is why I'm always contacting support) and I wish I had someone who walked me through the set up process. I don't think I have a dedicated account manager, but it would be nice if someone helped out with the initial set up after implementing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Guusto?

My favorite characteristic of Guusto is not necessarily the platform itself, even though the platform is expertly designed and very UX friendly, I enjoy how attentive the customer service and interaction from administrators are. Notably, Camille, who works as an Operations Specialist, took the time out of her day to touch base with me as I got to learn the software better. She was very receptive to answering my questions and directing me to help resources. This was something I never before experienced, and it was the motivating factor that made me fully commit to using Guusto as the reward delivery mechanism for my team. What do you dislike about Guusto?

It is a little bit difficult to gather qualities I dislike about Guusto, however, while I think the Free tier is quite generous for everything it offers, I truly wish it would allow users the ability to customize the the design of the gift card email that get sent out to team members. I realize that this is a feature offered in the paid tiers, but I think it would be the "cherry on top" of my already pleasant experience using the platform.
