As a PhD student working on a complex wet lab project, GanttPRO has been my lifeline to manage my busy schedule for the next four years. It is very detailed system helps me organize my schedule and synchronize it with my activities.

I use this platform every day. My friends and I also see the ability of this platform to handle schedules that we have difficulty making manually, so it can save us time. The features that appear are also very interesting and eye-catching, so it is easy to set up even though it is the first time using it. Adding friends to the collaboration feature is also very good, because we can leave comments for others, see updates from the project, so that no member of the team will miss information from the project we are doing. One of the primary things about GanttPro that I appreciate is that it shares similar features from MS Project 2016 without the frustration of the Newest MS Project. The UI made it easy for me to quickly implement into future projects. This is a software that I will be using religiously to help me stay organized. With my experience so far, I have lots of work and dependencies that make day-to-day organization critical for ensuring operational efficiency. Additionally, being able to create virtual resources has specifically been useful for creating placeholders for subcontractors that haven't been awarded the work yet, which in return allows me to account workload for other dependencies. Transitioned from Mircrosoft Project and this is a very powerful and organized tool. GanttPRO allowed me to actively review and track progress from diferent projects with diferent team members with its cloud built in feature.

The Gantt chart functionality makes it incredibly easy to set deadlines, allocate tasks, and visualise progress. Being able to easily change the timelines and set tasks and subtasks is really good as well. I have only used it myself and am yet to share it with others to use it more as a collaboration tool but I hope to do that soon. The fact that I can also import to PDF and other formats is great for any presentation slides I need to make. Pricing of the plans is also quite reasonable compared to other tools out there. The ease and automation presented by the interface, as it allows the automatic calculation of many parameters in real time, all through a CLOUD application. I would love to talk about each of the parameters, but the size of the text box does not allow me to, as there are many and at the same time many customization options that each one contains.

I am having a very good experience for never having used such a powerful tool as this, many thanks and congratulations to the GanttPRO team for the visible effort they are putting into this tool.
