DO NOT PAY FOR THIS SOFTWARE! We purchased the program in mid-November, understanding that we would begin using it before the Christmas rush. Gingr did not respond to our calls and rarely to emails. They set an appointment for a phone meeting via text and did not follow through. Even though we have their text setting the appointment, they argued that it was our fault! Now, after 70 days, we are unable to use the software, paying for it, and cannot obtain customer service. Recently they scheduled a meeting and, during that meeting, advised us that an additional six to eight weeks was necessary before we can use the software. Terrible, horrible customer service! I like the customization services provided by Gingr, We have an option here to add on services as per our needs like - training, kennel, dog daycare, and all.

One of the best places for pet care and services - I like their 24/7 services and call support which is too good, their response is very quick and always ready to provide support on calls.

They provide facilities like - dog daycare, boarding kennels, private dogs parks, and grooming salons.

Gingr is one of the best programs for kenneling/doggy daycare I’ve used. The UI is so smooth and easy to navigate.
