I really couldn't tell you. They were very professional, the first mapped out every features we needed and got our approval and then implemented each feature as we requested. So it's hard to find a negative to criticize. The project went smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gloo CRM Inc.?

Thier team was personable and accountable. If problems were not able to be completed by the Gloo team, they still took care of any subsystem support requests and inquaries. Troubleshot the tools they helped us build, and many others we have in the Zoho ecosystem other companies would have considered "out of scope". In short, they care and it shows in thier work. What do you dislike about Gloo CRM Inc.?

When we started we had scheduled check-ins and updates where now that we are in development phases those calls no longer persist. I still get regular communication and great support, but it is hard for me to showcase that progress internally to people who don't see the nuances.

I'd like to see those more established. But I also have not requested this from them so i'm sure they would accomodate if I reached out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
