What do you like best about Go Nimbly?

The best part about GoNimbly is their willingingness to spend time with you to talk through any questions and their quick responses on slack. This is my first time setting up and connecting a tech stack and they have been diligent in ensuring I have the best understanding of the choices I am making for the company.

Whenever I have a small question about a process they immediately walk my through it or send me a loom, and they document it in our playbook. This is extremely beneficial when starting out to have everything written down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Go Nimbly?

What do you like best about Go Nimbly?

We changed a lot about our processes and we needed someone who could think through that roadmap and vision, but also have the skills and speed to execute on that roadmap. What do you dislike about Go Nimbly?

It took us a bit to get into the right rhythm. We were asking them to solve problems without the full context because we didn’t have someone in-house to be their Superhuman partner. So we spent a few meetings on the state of the state of things, but it was necessary. We quickly iterated and have now really accelerated the pace of projects. What do you dislike about Go Nimbly?

The Go Nimbly team has gone through a couple of resource shifts over the last year of our partnership, although no more turnover than our internal RevOps team has. What do you like best about Go Nimbly?

I've worked with Go Nimbly at multiple companies over the last 10 years and have seen them grow from a small boutique consulting shop into a powerhouse of experts. Whether it's on process and strategy development, aligning internal teams to a large transformation initiative, creating workflows to enable RevOps to be effective, or implementing a PLG framework, both technically and strategically, they can do just about anything. I've presented them with some massive challenges that had no guidebook or known resolution, and I bet they had never seen anything like it. They were always up for the challenge.

They were highly organized and creative, approaching our projects as unique, standalone challenges that worked for our organization as opposed to a cookie-cutter approach they've deployed at other companies. They worked to fit our model, as opposed to asking us to change to fit theirs.

Their team has always been great to work with as partners and has always worked seamlessly with my teams. They knew how to approach a team member to show them a more effective approach to a problem without making them feel like they should have known better.

They also knew how to celebrate the wins along the way, helping my team and theirs feel appreciated and understand how their work mattered. We set up metrics and dashboards to ensure usage of what they built and the ROI on new processes (i.e., how many deals went through a new process and closed/won vs. previous processes). What do you dislike about Go Nimbly?

Sometimes, they need to scale up if you approach them with something massive all at once. They employ the best out there, and if your project needs 12 people (as we thought ours might), they may not have them on day one, but they have a strong network to tap into to find additional team members when we needed them, without a huge delay. What do you like best about Go Nimbly?

The broad knowledge base they have within their company proved extremely valuable for us. There were many areas where we internally lacked experience and needed a lot of guidance on navigating trade-offs to build the most scalable systems and processes for our needs. What do you dislike about Go Nimbly?

The only issue we had with them was some turnover on their team - though, to be fair, our company was experiencing turnover as well (great resignation), so I don't particularly blame them :) Overall, most of the team was with us throughout, and the GN team felt very much a part of our internal team. They've been great at helping us think through complex situations as we grow and always make sure to think through all the various use cases, risks, benefits, etc. to each solution.
