"Made outbound SMTP possible with a clean static IP and simple setup"
What do you like best about GoodAccess?

We needed a reliable static egress IP to send email from a Windows SMTP relay because our VPS blocks port 25. GoodAccess solved that in minutes: create a gateway, assign the static IP, connect the server, and we were able to deliver mail directly to external MXs. IP-whitelisting was straightforward, latency is stable, and the clients (Windows/macOS) are lightweight. The admin UI makes it easy to see who’s connected, enforce MFA, and segment traffic. Support docs are clear, and when I had questions the responses were fast and practical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoodAccess?

I’d love to see three improvements:

(1) True policy-based routing (by app/port) so I can route only specific traffic without OS tweaks.

(2) Easier rDNS/PTR setup and deliverability guidance for static-IP email use.

(3) A manual connection mode because the client sometimes disconnects and then you need to re-auth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One of the Best VPN I have used"
What do you like best about GoodAccess?

Setting up is simple and easy to access the VMs with shortcuts. Adding the IPs of the VMs is all it takes to register the instances. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoodAccess?

Me and my clients faced difficulty connecting to GoodAcess when we did not install the latest version of the GoodAccess. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Awesome VPN that is Easy to Set Up and Manage"
What do you like best about GoodAccess?

Very easy to implement and rollout to our teams. Also, very easy to manage devices, users and extra features. We take advantage of the split tunneling so our overseas employees continue to have good connection. There is also an API that integrates well with out internal data dashboards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoodAccess?

My one complaint is that it would be nice to be able to bulk upload users to invite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable VPN with smooth SCIM integration and minimal admin overhead"
What do you like best about GoodAccess?

GoodAccess has been easy to deploy and manage. We rolled it out to around 100 users, and the SCIM integration with Microsoft Entra was seamless thanks to clear documentation. From a user perspective, it’s simple and reliable — no major complaints around speed or connectivity. As an admin, I appreciate how logically the platform is laid out, and the minimal need for ongoing maintenance. Support has also been responsive on the few occasions we needed it. What do you dislike about GoodAccess?

The main limitation for us is the lack of an exclusion routing feature. Some websites, like Reddit, are blocked while connected to the VPN. It would be useful to have the option to route non-sensitive traffic outside the VPN tunnel. We've shared this with GoodAccess, and they indicated it’s planned for a future release. "Excellent Service - Great Line Speed and Stability"
What do you like best about GoodAccess?

Really like the GoodAccess VPN, it gives me a static IP that I need for a number of endpoints I rely on that have IP whitelisting. Genuinely cannot tell the difference between being connected to my GB home WiFi & when I'm connected to the GoodAccess VPN. I'm sure there is some drop but it's not at all noticeable. I use the VPN every day & it was easy to get up and running. I've not really needed to use their customer support at all which shows how simple it was to integrate. What do you dislike about GoodAccess?

One version of the MacOS application removed the biometric authentication without warning. It was put back in the next version but there is a slight concern it would be removed again without warning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoodAccess?

"Reliable VPN for Distributed Learning with Excellent Support"
What do you like best about GoodAccess?

What I like most about GoodAccess is how stable and reliable it is for our work. We're using it in a consortium project that involves sensitive radiology data, and it's been great for ensuring smooth distributed learning. Plus, their customer support is fantastic—whenever we’ve had questions, they’ve been super quick and helpful in resolving them! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoodAccess?

GoodAccess works well most of the time, but there are occasional connectivity hiccups that can interrupt workflows. It's not a dealbreaker, and the team is actively addressing these issues, but having more seamless connectivity would definitely make the experience even better. "Good Access VPN - Simplicity and Power in One Package"
What do you like best about GoodAccess?

Previously we worked with VPNs where creating users was annoying, the interface we used required a lot of clicks and the presentation on the web was quite disastrous. Also, when you wanted to acquire licenses, you had to send an email.

The management of devices was the same, each device was not clearly differentiated in the interface.

When we acquired GoodAccess, that was one of the things that changed most drastically, the interface and user experience is pleasant, easy and intuitive.

Apart from that, Good Access provides basic information about the security of the connected devices, allowing us to find a solution when we see that some device is neglecting that aspect.

Another advantage is that it shows us connection statistics, allowing us to monitor whether or not the remote workstations are connected at their hours.

Good Access VPN exceeded our expectations and opened up a range of possibilities for us as it has many configurations that can be adopted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoodAccess?

As I said, user management is easy, it doesn't cost anything to register new users or delete them. However, to do so you must have licenses.

This section is a bit more annoying. If you want to buy licenses it's very easy, you select the quantity and buy online. In 1 minute, you have your new licenses.

Now, if for example, you close a computer and want to cancel 10 licenses, you must write an email to request it.

It's not a problem, because in a matter of 24 hours, they have answered you and done the paperwork, but honestly, I think it would be much better if there was an automatic process, like for registering licenses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
