I like how easy it was to do my taxes. The questions were worded in a way that even if you are not a tax professional you could under stand. Everything was organized and detailed. I like how there is an app and a webpage. Fast customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The thing that I like best about this product is that it is very easy to use and it is very intuitive and it walks you right through the process and doesn't force you to have to try to figure out things on your own. Would highly recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would not pull my w2 data directly from the IRS. I had to enter it manually the first time, but then it remembered all of your data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The "interview" format is very easy to follow. I also like that the update bug has been fixed, so forms updates performed flawlessly in the 2020 version. (2018 & 2019 were buggy.)

I very much appreciate the audit support and available support from H&R Block tax experts. The contextual help is also great, because it often saves time. If additional help is required, it's easy to get to and easy to understand.

I don’t like the fact that you can’t see the actual form until you pay for the return. I would like the ability to preview the return and schedules as I work on it, so I can see if I missed anything.
