What do you like best about Healthie?

I did not like anything about this company. I have never had such a negative experience. I should bill them for all of the fustration. Use Simple Practice or Practice Better or even Quenza. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Healthie?

User beware! Be absolutely aware! I will never again use a service that does not allow me to delete my credit card information or cancel the service within the software. Imagine having a 14-day trial, finally having your data migrated over around day 12, and cancelling the software via portal communication day 13, only to learn day 15 that your trial was not cancelled in time because the company is based out of Europe, not the United States. And yes, I absolutely attempted to cancel the service on Day 13, which would have been their 14. But it was not "received" by them in time, which is part of the problem: they are slow. Not only this, but when I disputed the charge with my bank, the bank communicated with me that they used my log-in history to show I used the service after my trial. Logging in to ask where is my credit and using the service are two totally different things, for if I can only communicated to cancel my service through your portal, how else can I message you? I feel taken advantaged of and cheated. I cannot state what Healthie's intentions were, but I walked away feeling like my onboarding was so slow that they should have given me the benefit of the doubt, especially since I had not actually been able to utilize the service due to hurdle after hurdle. For me, Healthie is not user-friendly. Healthie even stated around Day 15/16, two-days into my paid subscription, that they will not give a refund once you have been charged. Wow . . . just wow! What do you like best about Healthie?

As a solo practitioner I was looking for an EHR program that fit the needs of my boutique practice while keeping cost low. A lot of EHR programs I had used in the past required me to pay significantly more for features I needed to run my clinic or I had to "add-on" features. These other programs weren't as user friendly and I often had technical issues.

Healthie is user friendly, customizable, the core features include everything I need to run my clinic, allows me to send messages directly to patients, and includes a patient app and portal. I am really looking forward to the ease of collecting information from my patients and scheduling patients as a solo practioner! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Healthie?

"Healthie is a great EHR and Client Management option for clinicians."
What do you like best about Healthie?

Healthie provides a comprehensive solutions for clinicians of various disciplines: dieticians, mental health professionals, physical therapists, etc. It offers customizable templates for quick setup, a client portal to track nutrition and activity while also integrating with some wearable technology. The HIPAA-compliant messaging and video features support secure remote coaching and telehealth. Onboarding is fairly simple and the platforms provides a streamlined approach to SOAP notes, scheduling, payments, journaling, feedback, and virtual course delivery—all in one place. What do you dislike about Healthie?

Food tracking was very time-consuming and sometimes unresponsive. Telehealth services on occasion were interrupted - this is difficult to judge against the platform because it could be related to poor user connection. I think the things we "dislike" about Healthie have happened, and do happen, with every EMR. That said, the main opportunity for improvement from our practice's viewpoint is the client onboarding process and the number of clicks it takes to add information. What do you like best about Healthie?

It has an extensive feature set that covers almost all the needs of our Weight Loss Clinic. A real one stop shop. (a quick second best is their support - I commend their support team and how much they care about the success of their customers) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Healthie?

This may be unique to us, but the lack of integration with GoHighLevel is our biggest gripe. In our field (Medical Weight Loss), most marketing agencies, well I should amend that and say 99+% of them leverage GoHighLevel for lead tracking and management. We are always having to manually duplicate information between GHL an Healthie, and there is not a great way to sync calendars or patient flow.

Also GHL sends out reminder to patients about upcoming appointments, as does Healthie and at times Patients get crazy saturated with reminders to the point we've had a few out right cancel. Without good integration we for example can't say "If patient was sourced from GHL Agency XYZ" do NOT send out Healthie reminders for Txt/email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Healthie?

I have a Functional Medicine virtual wellness program, and I love that Healthie incorporates everything I need into one platform for my clients. From resources, appointment scheduling, lab results, and communication - everything is located in their portal for them when they log in. What do you dislike about Healthie?

While Healthie does have a chat feature where community chats can be initiated, I have found it difficult to get conversations flowing between members. What I dislike the most is you can't pick up the phone, call customer service and get help. If you send an email they send one back and refer you to a blog post or video. Customer services is lacking. What do you dislike about Healthie?

- Predatory pricing, always trying to upsell every feature in any way. All of the features were still not fully developed, pretty much selling you something that's in beta.

- Not able to actually use anything unless you pay them more, across the entire product, yet all of the product offerings lack customizability, UX, thoughtfulness in design, everything.

- Hard to debug any issues whatsoever since there error messaging and ability to review issues was nonexistent.

- Horrible support routing where you need to constantly email them even if you have a Slack channel that was support to provide you "Enterprise" support, needed to reroute and repeat the message to a new person all over again. Extremely slow in getting anything solved, overall just a pain everywhere. We tried using the product and spend months of development time on it, and abandoned the product within 1 month even though our contract was annual. It was just too much of a waste of time. What do you like best about Healthie?

Patient Centric software with app for the patient. However, problematic because it gives far too much access to the provider. If you have a successful practice this is not sustainable or scalable to meet your needs. Patients text all the time and this is now a billable charge due to wasting provider time per CMS. Billing is broken. No support to providers. No phone. You must chart during the day and email them the description of their numerous bugging software and deal with patients complaining about software to you as the provider.
