My hotel accounting team uses it and loves it with 30+ hotels. Takes time but they are so much more efficient and owners enjoy the clarity and dashboards for performance. Love that it is all online without downloading software, great imports with API connection to multiple platforms, very robust, multiple screens for reviewing activity. Use marking "favorites" for all activities and items I use weekly and daily so that I don't have to navigate throughout the system. This makes it very quick to find and complete tasks. It's as if you are taking a very robust and comprehensive accounting platform and setting it up to be simple to use for weekly and monthly tasks. It removes any overwhelm. The search button is very helpful for finding everything from vendors to GL detail. The ability to export and import is amazing and exports exactly what you have on screen making sending and reviewing in Excel so simple and easy. This is a must for any accounting team. It can be confusing with all of the options and with how robust the platform and software is. You do need to spend a good amount of time documenting your processes or saving what you use to become efficient. Like all software you need the reps to build the habit of where to find what you are looking to accomplish.
