What I appreciate most about IBM watsonx.ai is its user-friendly AI studio. I was able to create a chatbot for internal support by leveraging pre-trained models, which made the process much more efficient. This approach saved me a significant amount of time, required minimal coding, and integrated smoothly with our existing systems. One aspect I find challenging about IBM watsonx.ai is the steep learning curve involved in deploying custom models. When I attempted to set up a tailored NLP model for tagging internal documents, the process turned out to be more complex and required more configuration than I had anticipated.
