InfiniTime Online, at its core, is a very robust time & attendance system. From complex overtime calculations to shift differentials and much more. There are also features for prevailing wage and job costing. InfiniTime also has the ability to have mileage, expenses, and unit tracking for paying employees.
Mobile App With Geo-Fencing
InfiniTime has a mobile app available on Android and Apple devices. The mobile app has GPS/geo features. The app geo-tags each punch, giving a clear location of where the phone was when the punch occurred. The app also has unique geo-fence features that allow the app to only allow punching in designated areas. The geo fence can also be configured to set the department, job, or task based on where the employee is.
The mobile app can operate without an internet connection, meaning it can still be used in remote areas or areas without cellular service. As soon as the employee returns to an area with WiFi or cell service, they open the app, and it sends the stored transactions. The mobile app can be configured uniquely for different groups of employees, so the punching can be disabled, and employees can still use the app for self service. The employees can see their timecards, schedule, request time off, and much more.
Leave Management / Accruals
InfiniTime Online can help with tracking accruals and leave. Employees can request time off, have the manager approve, and InfiniTime does the rest. The timecard, schedule, and accrual totals are all updated just by the manager approving the time off. This allows everybody to know that the employee will be off and keep all parts of the system updated.
Employees can request time off from the mobile app, time clock, or web portal. With just a few bits of information, the request is made and sent directly to those that need to approve the time off. When approved, the employee receives a message to let them know it was approved.
