The most liked thing about Inkscape is it's free and opensourse.For me as a student who is passionate about vector graphics and all it's not possible to buy any subscription based software, in that scenario inkscape is a life saver. also it offers nearly all the features which are offered by main stream software like adobe illustrator. even though it's a very good software i also encounter some missings. since i watch tutorials and do stuff in graphics, majority of the tutors use illustrator and some most useful and used tool are missing in this app. the main tool is shape building tool . it has boolean tools but shape building tool is more efficient way for complex shapes. another one missing is blend tool, which blends two shapes by making a path.it also lacks 3D,prespective grid,image trace(it has bitmap) . the other but not a major thing is, now is AI era and most companies already implemented ai. it will be good to see AI also in inkscape Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
