What do you like best about Intermedia Unite?

It's scallable. For the most part is works very well and I would not change. I really am glad there are several tools included with out service. We use the Unite for the phone and can also use it as an app for desktop and mobile which is used every day. As the admin, I can add or reduce the amount of user licenses according to our business growth. I have access to call logs and can see our peak call volume times. I can perform team meetings with the anywhere meeting that is also part of our plan. It really does UNITE our workforce. Relatively simple to manage and use. When i need to make a change and not sure about it, Tech support is available and helpful. It's easy to train my new employees on how to use the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intermedia Unite?

the tiered support line. I have to repeat myself many times after being transferred to higher and higher levels at tech support instead of directly working with an assigned representative. Each employee does their best to help.

The security authentication while a good concept is 50% good and 50%failure. It's a failure when I can't get verified because email and /or the text codes for verification don't arrive, even though I'm the admin. Seems to be a technical limitation or glitch. But the pros outweigh the negatives which is why I still recommend this company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Intermedia Unite?

1. Support is quick - there are a lot of support articles

2. Flexible

3. Customize things for you (not something our other phone companies have done in the past) - They will try and make things work for you and your company (options don't all have to be standard)

4. They also have a Call Center product.

5. One of the only companies that will work with a Chromebook.  They have - 3-way calling for web app on Chromebooks. Large amount of rep support - help with billing questions - road map - always quick to answer and respond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intermedia Unite?

What do you like best about Intermedia Unite?

I overall have had a great experience with Intermedia Unite, from transitioning to it at the start of service to daily use of it. The onboarding team at time of transitioning/start of service was amazing, responsive and knowledgeable - on top of being patient and fully answering inquiries about how it all works. The limited times I've had to reach out to technical support for issues that have occurred - which are few and far between - I again find myself working with pleasant, professional, and most importantly very knowledgeable people to achieve quick resolution. I also appreciate the emailed updates on technical issues that have arisen and are being worked on by Intermedia, from when the issue is realized, progressing along, and completed. This kind of transparency assures me that we are working with an above-board company that cares about its public perception. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Intermedia Unite?

Everything is always just taken care of. There are very few issues with performances, etc. but when there are, the team seems to already be aware and working on the problem before I even know there is a problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intermedia Unite?

Sometimes I just need a human to speak to so I can better understand how something works. I don't necessarily have time to review documentation and online support (anywhere - not just at Intermedia) tends to not have complete or detailed enough answers or somehow seems to totally miss the point. What do you like best about Intermedia Unite?

I run a small business that has been using Intermedia for over 4 years. Overall a good value, reliable service with aboe average support. No tech is perfect, but they communicate the are outage and respond quickly to resolve issues. We don't take advantage of many included services which make Intermedia an even better value if you have a need for 'bells and whistles'. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intermedia Unite?

No real complaints. Web naviagation takes a little getting used to. I am sure I am missing some tools becuase it is a little cumbersome. Relatively easy to do the main stuff though - voice mails access/assiging extenstions/etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Intermedia Unite?

I've been using Intermedia Unite for 5+ years now as a one stop shop for collaboration, VoIP calls, CRM, Messaging, and Webinars. It's an easy to use platform that also has a very intuitive mobile app as well. From a pricing standpoint is less expensive than some of the major name brands while offering equal functionality.

What do you dislike about Intermedia Unite?

It is easily accessible to all of our users and on all of their computing and phone devices.
