What do you like best about isolved?

I have worked with iSolved over the years. Throughout our partnership we have found iSolved to be top-of-class in customer services, responsiveness and ease of use. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Their products integrate seamlessly with our internal systems. What I like most about iSolved is how user-friendly and efficient it is. The payroll feature is streamlined ensuring accuracy and saving time on calculations. It's also easy to generate reports and track employee earnings. The onboarding process is seamless, allowing new hires to complete forms and documentation quickly, and it integrates well with out HR system. What do you like best about isolved?

iSolved has many features that triumph other payroll software's. iSolved has a wide variety of reports for any business's needs. From payroll, hr, audits, etc, iSolved has the report you need. Most pages allow you to export into an excel spreadsheet, a quick way to edit and save what you need. iSolved has been releasing many fraud protection features as it is becoming more relevant. What do you dislike about isolved?

While iSolved makes many updates and fixes, some of these releases cause other things to break. iSolved does work quickly to resolve problems, but it does affect partners and clients. iSolved can improve on their response time for customer support tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We’ve had a very positive experience since switching to isolved. The interface is clean, intuitive, and easy for our entire team to navigate. Confusing to navigate, and is so robust that when you call support you get moved around from department to department, and sometimes no one thinks they have a solution. "Paperless Onboarding - Great With Some Exceptions"
What do you like best about isolved?

isolved's paperless onboarding feature offers many great features ranging from a mobile/desktop friendly UI to online tax forms and document acknowledgements. Most users can breeze through the process, filling out information not only required to hire an employee, but also data sets that can vary from client to client. Seeing where hires are in their onboarding process is simple and the feature allows different phases of the hiring process to be completed by various users if needed. What do you dislike about isolved?

The administrative side has its challenges. Certain types of online forms are not yet integrated with the onboarding module, and the electronic sign-off is not linked to every type of form either. "Isolved Helps Make Our Lives In HR Easier"
What do you like best about isolved?

I like that we are able to use one system for all of our HR needs. We use it from start to finish with our new applications all the way to terminations. Our employees are able to access all of their new hire documents, clock in, request time off, view paychecks and much more under one log in. Isolved has made the implementation process into our company seamless. Customer service is always just a phone call or email away and they are always quick and happy to help out. It's not necessarily a bad thing, but there are so many changes! It's hard to keep up with all of the things that are new or upcoming. Or I always wonder if there are things that we are capable of doing, we just don't know about it yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about isolved?

I really enjoying working with Karen, she teaching me new ways of using iSolved so I can be self sufficient. I think she is very knowledgably. Tina Glass has also been a major help too. She has helped me when other groups are not taking my matter urgently, she owns my issues when they arent hers. She is a stand up support person. She has integrity and is so helpful. What do you dislike about isolved?

I do not like that support is inconsistent. If I don't work directly with Karen I question if I am getting the right answers. It took 3 months to get a ticket handled with the file feed group. I get one email and respond timely and I don't hear back for 2 more days with another question. That takes another week to hear back. It is not efficient at all. What do you like best about isolved?

I have found the ease of locating information and data upon migrating my clients from our old program, to iSolved extremely surprising. Some things, such as time off accrual and other benefits have to be manually adjusted to meet the requirements of iSolved. But even then, once you figure those out, still fairly simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
