- Doesn't intrude on my calls

- Doesn't make me get permission to take notes and remember what happened

- Understands Hebrew

Jamie does these things super accurately:

- Executive summary

- Meeting notes

- Transcription

- Speaker identification

Jaime is also a life saver for:

- Multi lingual conversations

- Offline and online meetings

And unless you're truly using your notetaker for teamwork, you definitely do not need any other conversational intelligence tool. You don't need the video nor the audio recording when you've got Jaime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There a few buggy things and missing integrations but Jaime is young and I have full confidence in what their future looks like. It's better than every other app I've tried, and I can guarantee you that I've deep researched and checked out a million.

The one thing I would love a more immediate improvement to would be for this scenario (maybe edge-case - but for ADHD, not so much ...)

When you connect the meeting and forget to stop the recording, Jaime works for its full limitations. Unfortunately however, if the background discussions are longer than the actual intended content, the summary seems to always only reflect the longer focus - which ironically of course, is not the actual intention when I activate the tool.

I'm thinking two solutions:

- Improve the ability to distinguish and/or provide more summary

After researching and downloading different tools to generate meeting summaries, I decided to keep only this one. why? because it can actually transcribe, summarize, and detect action items with way more accuracy than the rest. I actually used 3 different tools during the same meeting, just to test them, and jamie was the only one that got the details right. now, my entire team is using jamie. As the founder of a still small boutique management consultancy, time is the most important resource. Using Jamie means that I can focus on my actual work and not waste time setting up meetings, etc. In reality, it even means that Jamie saves me the work of a human assistant (approx. 45k annual salary). In addition to the financial aspect, it reduces the risk of human mistakes and misunderstandings to an insanely low level, so that I am always perfectly prepared. From a realistic point of view, it must be acknowledged that the relatively new tool certainly still has potential for optimization. However, I would not regard this as a weakness, but rather I am impressed by how customer-focused the team is and how quickly actual requests are integrated into the tool. One of the things that really stands out to me about Jamie is how it doesn't rely on bots joining my calls. Given how frequently I switch between different meeting platforms, Jamie's ability to seamlessly work without any plugins is a major plus. I have been using jamie for a while now and really like its minimal design, the fact that it does not have to join the call with a bot and most importantly the meeting notes it produces.

I have tried a couple of other tools before and the jamie produces by far the best quality of meeting notes. I really like that it automatically captures the topics and sorts it for me. Saves me a lot of time when revisiting my notes.

Now they have launched a new feature, called ask jamie anything. Its like ChatGPT just with the knowledge of my meetings. I've been using Jamie for a while now, and I must say, I'm pleasantly surprised by the quality of its meeting notes. In the past, I've tried other tools but the bot that joins the call was always a confusing other and the summary quality was not so great. I have tried a couple of tools over the last months, but Jamie just proved to be the best one so far. I really love the way that it records seamlessly in the background without a bot.
