My experience with Jotform Sign has been excellent, especially with its ease of use and automation features. A great improvement would be to offer a more robust document history and version control. There’s nothing that I dislike about Jotform they are an ever changing software platform. They listen to the users and make changes. I’ve seen changes and haven’t had to really put any request in. The only issues I have experienced with Jotform Sign is that I did not get notified by email that the client had completed signing the document. That happened twice for reasons unknown to me. I send forms to many of the same people and it does not remember the email addresses I have typed in before and it doesn't have an address book. An address book would be AMAZING because it would make sure I email forms to the correct email addresses as it's easy to make a typo when you have to enter it each time you send a form through JotForm. Also, it has the option of sending a daily reminder until they sign it but I have found that it doesn't always send those automatically even after I've marked it to send daily. What I like most about JotForm Sign is its accessibility. While I'm creating a form, I can drop a signature block in the form and access the security of JotForm Sign or I can create a JotForm Sign document and arrange the order of the signers to my liking. What would be more helpful with Jotform Sign is to be able to send a link even when there is more than one signer to invite the first signer. I don't think you can do that. As someone working in childcare, I deal with a lot of paperwork such as consent forms, enrollment documents, daily logs, and more. Job for Sign has truly been a game changer! I absolutely love all of its features. It’s incredibly convenient and makes the entire process of signing documents and filling out e-forms swift and stress-free. Everything is digital, which saves me so much time and energy. I also love that I can easily send copies directly to all clients and employees. No printing, scanning, or chasing signatures. The only thing I didn’t really love is that the mobile app can be a bit difficult to navigate at first. It takes some getting used to. However, the desktop platform is by far my favorite and makes up for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is such an easy way for me to track forms signed by clients. I have dozens to verify at a time, this makes it smoother and also when I have to go back and check signed permissions I can search by first or last name. It is very efficient and organized. I get too many emails from Jotform when someone signs a form, perhaps I set it up in a way that does that, but I get three emails when someone signs. I am not sure if that is standard.
