What do you like best about Kintsugi?

We've been with Kintsugi for several months now. The best thing when we first started was that they were able to onboard us with almost all 50 states we hit nexus with simultaneously with ease and frankly everything has been smooth sailing from there. They are connected to our Shopify, and we just approve the filings each month/quarter. Simple as that. Literally Sales tax filings are just one thing we don't need to worry about anymore. What do you like best about Kintsugi?

Nice dashboard that shows sales, tax exposure and tasks. Great to see everything visually there. Mail integration can be useful. Having their support when registering has been great and their team has been supportive and responsive. You get a lot without paying the high prices of other solutions. What do you dislike about Kintsugi?

Lack of netsuite integration or ability to upload transactions manually. I understand the netsuite api is on the roadmap but it would be great to be able to quickly upload sales transactions via a csv or manually until that is ready instead of requesting the Kintsugi team to upload them.
