What do you like best about Luciq?

Bug reports work well enough, especially if users utilize the screenshot tool properly. E-mail support has been very responsive as I ran into various problems during setup, even if not always helpful as there appears to be a bit of a language barrier at times.. What do you dislike about Luciq?

There is still not full support for Xamarin as far as I can tell. What would be extremely helpful and allow me to abandon App Center is to have crash reporting that gives me a C# filename and line number for both Android and iOS builds.

Has caused conflicts with other packages due to multidex and rxjava usage.

Versioning is confusing on Xamarin Android as the different pieces aren't always in sync and you have to be careful to get "instabug" instead of the similary named at a glance "instabug-bug". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Luciq:

Make sure it includes the features for your desired platform and make full use of the trial period to test all features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Luciq solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using it to solicit feedback from our workforce in the field. It has been useful a few times in realizing when we have a problem, but oftentimes, without detailed crash information as mentioned above, someone saying "it crashes when I do XYZ" is not actionable. Our Xamarin SDK is still in its early phases, and we are working on adding all the needed features to it soon. As for the crash reporting for Xamarin, It's definitely something that others have asked about before, so I'll be sure to add your interest into the mix!

"Great feedback, okay everything else, good MVP multitool"

What do you like best about Luciq?

The two things I like the most about this product are

1) Easy for users to give us feedback and to follow up with them, and

2) This tool gives us a passable set of tools each of which has its own external tool generally which helped us get started. For example Instabug provides a logging service, symbolicated crash dumps and basic analytics. All of these tools are better from specialist tools, but having them all integrated at once and in one place was very convenient. Also to be clear the user feedback is top notch. What do you dislike about Luciq?

Crash reporting analytics only go back one week. Logs are truncated on iOS despite the SDK claiming they shouldn't be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Automatic user properties being sent back, bug reports, and easy to use feedback for users is crucial. The easier it is for users to give back feedback, the more reports you'll have from your customers. "Amazing product if you're launching your first beta"

What do you like best about Luciq?

Instabug is really easy to integrate and offers a very useful set of basic features to get you started building and evaluating your beta app. We used it mainly for bug/crash reporting and feedback collection in our beta app and it worked amazingly well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Luciq?

I just wish the next tier price after free was a bit more affordable to early-stage startups as I find it a bit expensive especially if you're paying monthly vs yearly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The detail log help me find the bug root.

Notifications for Android doesn't work properly.

The users management isn't good enough. The filter doesn't work.

The Brazilian locale was not translate correctly.
