What do you like best about LastPass?

Easy to use and available in all my devices. The fact that there's a plugin available in the browser, helps me stay up to date on my passwords and integrates with multiple platforms. I use it everyday and I only generate strong passwords using LastPass. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is virtually impossible to reach a human for help and there are too many systems that need to be navigated if/when you need to make changes. Last renewal I was trying to reduce the number of licenses and I NEVER was able to actually get confirmation that it had been done and I also NEVER received a correct invoice for renewal. What do you like best about LastPass?

For the most part, LastPass is easy to use across devices and saves a tremendous amount of time storing, retrieving, organizing, and managing passwords. Being able to keep other sensitive information in the vault such as Credit Cards, scanned documents, form fills, etc. is also of great value. There is also nice integration between personal and work allowing for both while allowing them to remain separate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LastPass?

A recent attempt to reduce my number of licenses on my corporate account was manipulative, difficult, and slow. There was no automated way to do it (although there was an easy way to add licenses [surprise!]) and support took several days to get back to me. While the issue was finally resolved, it was far more difficult than it should have been and I'm sure many people simply give up and pay for the licenses they are not using. What do you like best about LastPass?

LastPass was implemented at my company and it seems to work pretty well most of the time. I like that it suggests complex passwords and makes me feel more secure with my many logins. I like that with the business account my family and I can have free personal accounts. I love that it works with Face ID on my iPhone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LastPass?

There have been a few times that Face ID doesn't work and I have to type my master password in multiple times. I also don't like when the Chrome extension puts the large LastPass logo in the field I'm trying to type in. It blocks the characters I'm trying to type and I can't see past it. What do you like best about LastPass?

The password generator is super effective, and the accessibility across devices (with the paid tier) makes day to day operations so much easier! Deploying is super easy. What do you dislike about LastPass?

It would be great to have an anonymizer feature that can auto-generate aliases for email accounts. This would provide extra security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having such an easy, straight-forward way of managing different passwords for each service gives our team peace of mind. We have some users that aren't very "techy", and they've been able to get used to this and start securing their accounts by using the password generator.
