"LastPass Makes Password Management Easy Across Devices"
What do you like best about LastPass?

LastPass helps me manage passwords on multiple devices. I use it all the time, especially because I need to log in and out of other apps. It works well and is easy to use. I know they have had problems in the past, but I'm confident that they have cleared those errors. It's easy to use and pops up and asks "save this password?" when I go to a new membership website. I like to use it to log into marketing apps and social media.

I also use the password generator for secure passwords. It works well with pretty much every website I visit and it's easy to use it that way. Getting set up is pretty easy and customer support is professional and solid.

It's easy to integrate into my online workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LastPass?

They had a data problem in the past which worries me, but that's all. Hopefully data security is much better Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The BEST - Trusted and Reliable Password Manager for professionals"
What do you like best about LastPass?

I have been using LastPass for the last two and a half years - daily and this is the most reliable password manager I have used till date.

The integration of LastPass extension over browser makes it very easy to access websites with dedicated different user ids and passwords. With LastPass I am even able to share the passwords of generic accounts so that can be used by specific person in the organisation.

Also, the most loved and value for feature is the password generator, we can generate passwords up to 18 characters, we can customize the use of special numeric alphabetical characters in the generated password. LastPass is very easy to implement as we can install LastPass extension over browser, LastPass application is also available on Microsoft store for Windows user, for Android users and vice versa on Mac and iOS users too.

LastPass has always been very reliable because of its 2FA feature and incase of resetting we can easily reset the Multi Factor authentication via admin account, so it makes it very easy to fix and setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LastPass?

I don't really recall anything weird or unexpected about LastPass other than the master password strength on setting LastPass. The Master password it is mandate to have 15 characters of long and secure password which makes it annoying for hardly 10 seconds when you actually have to activate/autenticate the extension or application apart from that I do not recall anything that I dislike about LastPass. "LastPass: Secure Password Manager for Everyday Use"
What do you like best about LastPass?

LastPass keeps all my passwords safe in one place and works across my devices. The interface is clean and simple, so saving and retrieving passwords takes seconds. Autofill works well in browsers and mobile apps, which speeds up logins. My frequency of use is high since I use it daily for both personal and work accounts. It integrates smoothly with browsers like Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, which keeps my workflow fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LastPass?

Initial setup was slightly time-consuming, especially setting up multi-factor authentication. Customer support is helpful but can be slow to respond. Sometimes the autofill feature does not trigger on certain apps, requiring manual copy-paste. The number of features is good, but the settings menu can feel cluttered for new users. "Last Pass, the last password manager you will ever need"
What do you like best about LastPass?

I started using LastPass I believe shortly after it was introduced, in 2008. I was like many others keeping a bunch of pieces of paper to keep track of all my passwords. Then I was reading a PC magazine and saw a write-up for this product, I went and downloaded it and started using it. It is so nice to just have one password and let LastPass put in the rest. Then they came out with the password generator, now my passwords are amazingly strong, and you can adjust the features of your passwords, maybe leave out numbers or special characters, you can customize everything. I'll keep using it and I recommend it to anyone that has password issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LastPass?

That it's not free, just kidding. I really wouldn't change anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"LastPass is the Most Reliable and Best Password Manager"
What do you like best about LastPass?

I love that LastPass allows you to create shared passwords with Teams, that it has maximum provisioning features, audit trails, the mobile app is a lifesaver, that you are able to export your passwords to a .CSV file, and so many more features. I've used LastPass since before the Heartbleed attack in 2014 and it was the site that the U.S. Department of Defense had everyone go to in order to confirm whether or not a particular site had been patched after Heartbleed, which was the single largest internet attack since the inception of the internet. I've been using LastPass that long and wouldn't change it for anything. The price point is perfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LastPass?

I have no downsides to using LastPass, only upsides! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"LastPass is a game changer"
What do you like best about LastPass?

All my passwords are kept safe, encrypted, and 2-factor authenticated so I don't have to worry. I have hundreds of logins, and I have a different strong password for each, and I cannot imagine what it would be like to manage that on paper. I use it many times every day, both in my personal affairs and in my professional work as a teacher. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LastPass?

Sometimes it's not easy to get passwords stored into LastPass, though I have found that they have made improvements. A few times I have ended up in a situation where I created a password and it did not get stored automatically. My work-around is that I just copy the password into the clipboard in case it doesn't store, so I can store it manually. Most of the time it does store manually and I don't have to (then I just copy something else to clear my password out of the clipboard). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Not the Best Password Manager Out There, But a Solid Choice"
What do you like best about LastPass?

LastPass is a solid option for password management but it's a bit pricey compared to some of it's competitors, especially for the number of features that you get with it. The authenticator app is fantastic, but stand alone for some reason which can be a bit of a pain in the neck. All in all though it's easy to use and was super simple to get up and running for our team when we purchased it. We used it daily, multiple times a day and like I said it was a solid tool that was simple enough to integrate into our workflow. It just wasn't as competitive in price and features as some of the others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LastPass?

The number of features, the user interface is a bit clumsy and the price point were the main issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, reliable and secure"
What do you like best about LastPass?

Last pass is so easy to use I have my elderly parents using it successfully. I like that for most Android Apps and desktop websites, Lastpass can auto-fill with ease. I've been with this product for years now and had no issues or breaches that affected me in any way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LastPass?

I don't really have a dislike. There are a very small handful of apps that don't auto-fill, like gambling apps. I think the app security is just to tight. Not LastPass's fault. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Lastpass for business"
What do you like best about LastPass?

Lastpass with SSO is very useful and a powerful tool,

The SSO intergration provides security and peice of mind and makes it simple for users to use without the need to remember long complex master passwords,

I yuse lastpass every day and whilst there are nicer systems, there is noting that is as simple to use, as other platforms still require a master password, Lastpass uses the browser and Azure tokens for encryption.decryption so no password is needed by the end user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LastPass?

SSO is a pain in the ass to setup, guides are long and complex, but worth it in the end.

when saving TOPT MFA tokens you have to save this before any other screen, sometimes, i save the MFA token then the browser asks my to update the password and in doing so it removes the mfa token.

also credit cards don't load into sites correctly

would be nice if lastpass made clear what is and is not encrypted, (URL's are apparently unencrypted, but everything else is supposed to be) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"LastPass is great for the personal and the business environment"
What do you like best about LastPass?

The LastPass Business plan provides a secure and efficient way to manage and share passwords across our organization. Here are some key benefits:

Controlled Password Sharing:

Passwords can be shared with the correct individuals in a secure and organized manner. We have full control over who can access which shared passwords.

Group-Based Access:

Users can be assigned to groups based on their role or department. Once access rules are set, managing permissions is simple — just add or remove users from the appropriate group.

Simplified User Management:

This group-based model makes it much easier to onboard or offboard users from shared credentials quickly and securely.

Personal Vault Integration:

Users can link their personal LastPass account to their business account. This allows them to store personal credentials separately, while still having access through the same interface. Even when logged into the business account, LastPass can autofill credentials saved in the personal vault.

Admin Recovery Options:

Account administrators can reset a user’s master password without wiping their stored vault data — a major benefit in recovery scenarios.

Seamless Offboarding:

When an employee leaves, their account and saved business credentials can be transferred to their supervisor, maintaining access continuity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LastPass?

Sometimes it is slow to pull up the vault. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
