Amazing support staff, usually excellent ticket approval times. I enjoy the UX as well. The marketplace option is great, easy to navigate and use. Big fan od the idea in general, and it's execution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For the past month, ticket approval time has been significantly delayed. People have been waiting weeks for their claims to be processes, as opposed to the hours that it used to be. Very disappointing given the gravity of the consequences this could result in for people's lives and financial stability, all with no proactive communication from the company on the delays or an understanding of when times will return to normal.
I'm not sure why this sudden change took place, but it's disappointing that there's not capacity or process to handle high volume. The support team has been very kind, and I believe they're doing the best they can given whatever parameters they were given. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
