What do you like best about Lime Connect?

The UI is simple yet effective, it has many useful features and it is easy to implement it in our operations. I've not had the need to contact customer support yet, however I can see that the team is made of more than 40 people, so I'm sure that replies will not take long to arrive if I ever have an issue. Very good management of all operators and their roles and skills. You can change the configuration without having to update your application. There are tutorials that explain all the features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a bit confusing how to add localisations to your website widget. There are a lot of features and configurations, so it takes some time to learn how to use them properly, but the defaults seem reasonable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
