It is one of the best browsers for conducting online tests of students. while using the lockdown browser, the students are barred from using other tabs or programs or files from their computer which can be used for cheating. The bugs I get aren't even consistent. I'll attempt multiple log ons, which will sometimes crash at the start, or wait until I've spent 10 minutes doing the webcam check to then freeze. There was no correlation of me exiting running programs, uninstalling video editing software that uses my webcam, or restarting my computer. I was recommended by tech support to uninstall my video editing software, which is both annoying and seems unnecessary, especially considering it wasn't running.
