What I like most about PulsePoint's dashboard is how flexible and intuitive it is. I can easily switch between viewing high-level metrics like total spend and delivered impressions, or dive into more detailed views like specific ad sizes and format types. This ability to move seamlessly between summary and granular data really helps me to stay on top of performance and make quick, informed decisions.
Tracking multiple things is easy and simple UI helps to get an overview very easily. Data pull is quite easy and faster. I have been using it frequently for creating discrepancies and I have never faced any issue with crashing or loading. Their customer support team replies quick on their mails if there is any login issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I find a bit inconvenient about the Pulspoint's dashboard is how switching between DSP and SSP account views resets all the filters and the date range. Every time I toggle between them, I have to reselect the overall or granular level again, which can slow things down when analyzing data accross accounts. Another minor issue is the OTP login, since our dashboards are linked to a shared team email, we sometimes need to coordinate with teammates to get the OTP, which delays access when we're in a rush.
