What do you like best about PureDome?

PureDome has great features and an easy-to-navigate portal. It's clear that a lot of thought was put into the UI, which I believe is an often undervalued feature of systems in general.

What I do find to be just as important however, is their customer support. They're always there on a moments notice and I'm always in contact with the same people. I consider that to be a highly valuable aspect of PureDome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PureDome?

It's hard to write anything that I would dislike about PureDome. The biggest strength of any company usually comes from the people working inside it. Their dedication to ensuring the operation of their systems is clearly noticeable and the constant communication abates any worries I'd ever have.

What problems is PureDome solving and how is that benefiting you?

They're allowing our users to work despite their geography. We often have problems with a lot of websites that our clients need our assistants to get access to do perform work. With PureDome, we're able to provide the assistants what they need in order to provide what our clients need.

What do you like best about PureDome?

The competitive pricing model with a focus on end users (not machine2machine) communication was exactly what was needed for our team to validate affiliates & our own content.

SAML was recently integrated too, so its well into an enterprise environment.

PureDome is a reliable ZTNA provider. We use it as we travel a lot and we need to access to company ressources, having many great features like Dedicated IP and Gateways! and it is very easy to implement as well.
