Integration was easy to setup. PartnerTap offers a free account type for working with Salesforce on the platform. This helped us moved quickly internally. There is a learning curve that isn't all that steep, but it still takes a little time to learn the tool. Then the biggest issue is probably an internal concern about the security of sharing information with external companies. Of course, that's what this tool does well and seeks to facilitate, but throwing that information out to another company's database can be a security concern if one of the partners doesn't understand the guardrails that PartnerTap implements to preserve each partner's privacy.
