Don't buy and use Paytm swipe machine. Lot of problems were faced. They have mentioned Customer care service 24/7 it's not true don't trust. Once you bought the machine that's it you've have suffer lot, your business also affect too so be careful before buying paytm swipe machine. It's one of the worst machine and services also very very poor. If negative mark mentioned, I'm ready to give - 9. This is not only my problem, many retailers are facing. I bought swipe machine from Paytm it was working only 3 times after that it was not working. So I raise complain to the paytm customer care service.
