The system is very easy to use. The data flows very easily from accounting to making our royalty payments and also joint interest billing (JIBS). Our investors require very specific statements that come out each month and all the information is easy to access and we can pinpoint specific owner payments very easily. We need to provide different reports for our investors. Initially we had to set it up a certain way and the canned reports needed some adjsutemtns to work specifically for us. The design looks great, it's intuitive and very user friendly. They got real customer support, and they get me my customized solutions within minutes after I ask for it. These customized solutions are really a great idea, one time I asked if they had recurring payments on the accounting part of the platform. I wanted to keep track of pumpers and overheads, the expenses that we always have every month so my accounting department did would have an easier time with those and within 30 minutes they gave me a whole working module. The ease of use and accessibility being on the cloud. My team and I love being able to do everything we need to do on it.
