We love Postal because it is easy to use, everything always works the way it should, and it's essentially an extension of our team. We use Postal to scale our partner demand generation programs, and without it, we would not be able to scale our programs in the way we do now. I'm a very happy Postal user - I enjoy the Marketplace options, Paper Plane agency, On-Demand Swag, Magic Links, Collections and more. We've had a strong partnership with Postal that has allowed us to completely up-level our customer programs across retention/loyalty, cross-sell, upsell and advocacy. At times, we've experienced a few glitchy items within the Postal platform that have required support/CS to remediate. They have so many options to chose as well, which makes it nice to personalize the gift if you have a client that you know specifically likes something. There are options on certain items to add a personalized card/message, but I wish this was available on all items - especially warehoused items where we can have branded cards printed on demand. Postal is great for sending fun and engaging gifts out quickly. The option to create collections to allow for different gift choices is great. While there is the option to select a card for some items, I do wish it was available for all options. Also, the website itself can be frustrating to navigate at points, as going back to the main product page after looking at an item starts on page 1 rather than your current item.
