Hours of contact review is eliminated with the ability to have AI review contracts in accordance with your playbooks and do the first markup, leaving only validation and minor editing to get the agreement turned around.

Pramata also integrates with Salesforce and DocuSign which is essential for us to drive adoption of the solution and successfully automate our ability to be organized with our contracts.

If I had to pick, the biggest downside right now is the lack of self-service data cleansing options. Pramata is very helpful and responsive to data changes and updates. However, the majority of data changes (at the moment) are handled by the support teams. This is changing with each new release. Pramata is working hard on making self service happen. We are a small business - Pramata seems to be geared towards larger companies, so we had to reiterate a few times that we don't need to follow their traditional implementation experience.
