What I appreciate most about PrePass is its ability to deliver measurable results across several areas, including operational efficiency, driver satisfaction, and cost savings. The bypass service, in particular, keeps our trucks on the road, helps us save fuel, and reduces stress for our drivers. Additionally, the toll management and consolidated billing features provide a level of visibility we never had before, making it much simpler to track, manage, and dispute tolls. Furthermore, the data insights into bypass rates and inspection activity allow my team to take a proactive approach to safety and compliance. What I like least about PrePass is mostly minor. Occasionally, resolving toll disputes can take longer than expected, depending on the toll authority involved. This can be frustrating when we need to close out billing cycles promptly. On the driver side, there can be a bit of a learning curve—making sure drivers know how to make the most of bypass opportunities and trust the system requires some extra communication.
