As an inexperienced daycare provider setting up a new facility, Procare helped us manage leads, records, parent communication and the like. I know who is here at any given moment, and can manage it from anywhere in the world. It gives us a great way to communcate with parents and have a record of such at all times. We love that Procare app has approvals, wish it had an admin-only feature for messaging.
