Many bugs and not a good interface and usability. Bought a lifetime license for this tool and then they just added a paywall and try to charge me again. Also hundreds of others customers made the same experience (you can check it on AppSumo). No service at all when reporting bugs or asking about terms, you just get ghosted. After the refund-period they started to shrink down the features and the service. Now they ignore they got 300 Dollars from me and they promised a "Lifetime-Use" of the software, instead they blocked my account and told me, they are not even reading my emails as long as I dont subscribe to a paid "support-plan".

With this "support-plan" they are trying to scam a lot of customers at the moment, most of the Shitstorm about this company happens on Trustpilot, one reviewer complains they even blackmailed him about publishing his personal data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most important thing is that this purchase has been a scam, no one should trust this kind of companies that can change the conditions as they please, demand more money and block your account, preventing you from consulting your data or exporting them. DISHONESTY!

Interruption of operation for months, second time now. I assume the product 'stops' working when the business owner needs more money. You are then asked to pay for a support contract so they can find out what the problem is. It is so obvious, what the actual reason is. I spend a lot of time and erford to set up a ton of domains, keywords and competitors in Ranktracker and not I can't access the tool.

Count me as one of the many victims of this SCAM!

Breaking promises and demands additional payment

None. I can't even use the software I paid for. They've completely blocked all data and menu items with the now not optional but ransomware $82 a year for support. Changing my Review form 5 star to 0 star Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by the situation I find myself in. Just like many others, I made a lifetime purchase of this product through Appsumo. However, the company has failed to fulfill their promise. Despite having paid for a lifetime deal, I am now being asked to pay an extra $82 per year for support in order to access and use any of the features. Upon subscribing to their service via AppSumo LTD Tier 3, I was assured of a top-notch experience, one that promised seamless delivery and reliable customer support. Initially, everything was smooth, with the service operating as advertised, which filled me with hope and satisfaction.
