"Experienced Relativity User"
What do you like best about Relativity?

Relativity is an industry leading tool that I have been using for over 10 years. Relativity has lots of useful free resources available for users (both inexperienced and experienced) and has some really helpful videos and articles as well as an indepth user guide. If you need a resource guide its very easy to find "how to" or to watch one of their instructor led videos. Relativity keeps its platform updated with new features periodically and is a strong tool in the market to follow the end to end of the EDRM and allow me to carry out my job. "Relativity, Multidisciplinary Software"
What do you like best about Relativity?

Relativity provides significant flexibility to build and customize various workflows. It is mostly being used for the eDiscovery cases, however can accommodate various use cases. The fact that Relativity provides on-premise version is a clear differentiator in the market, especially for the European countries with stricter data protection rules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Relativity?

To me, Relativity always represented the eDiscovery community, which they help building around their product. However in the recent years the focus seems to have shifted more towards profit, rather than customers, proven by a slight ignorance of "Relativity Servers" customers. "Incredibly customizable and efficient platform"
What do you like best about Relativity?

For me its the little things that make my workflow on the daily easier. I love the fact that more file types will be able to be prosessed in newer versions of relativity. We run into this issue on a regular basis and it can sometimes take hours to find workarounds especially if the documents being processed are/or could be potentially be privileged. Normally it would be easy to redact and use those tools. However if the files didnt process then we have to find ways to upload document images using other programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Relativity?

I think that I will have to work with the new features on a regular basis before I would be able to make my decision. However I think that the new features, although very useful may be difficult for some of our clients to get used to. Some of our clients are not as technologically savy as others and are already having a hard time understanding their review processes. Needless to say their workspaces are much simpler in permissions. There is one thing that I do not like, very minor. We are currently using Server and the Pop-up alert feature has been taken away. Not a big deal, however we do have to change up our routines in order to not miss anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Simple platform with endless possibilities"
What do you like best about Relativity?

RelativityOne is a game-changer, allowing us to focus on what matters. What sets Relativity apart for me is the ecosystem and community. There are so many users and developers, and enthusiasts that no matter what workflow you are trying to build, there should be an app for that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Relativity?

The pricing model is a bit complicated, and the administrators may be required to monitor usage to prevent overspend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Powerful Platform with Room for Smoother Performance"
What do you like best about Relativity?

Relativity’s intuitive interface, powerful search capabilities, and customizable workflows make it a standout platform for document review and case management. The platform’s flexibility allows us to scale projects efficiently, while features like persistent highlighting, analytics, and audit trails greatly enhance review accuracy and transparency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Relativity?

While Relativity is feature-rich, its performance can lag with large datasets or complex searches, affecting review efficiency. Initial setup and permissions configuration can also be unintuitive for new users. A more streamlined user experience and faster load times would significantly improve usability. "Relativity is a good platform that needs a lot of customisation in order to be truly effective"
What do you like best about Relativity?

The flexibility of Relativity is key for us and our customers. The platform has powerful options to customise review workflows and handles large amounts of data fairly easily. Improvements from their development team are frequent and as an organisation they welcome feedback and offer advance release to partners for testing. They claim to be investing heavily in new tech with a decent roadmap for upcoming features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Relativity?

Relativity has often relied on their community for plug-ins that other platforms offer as standard. This can increase the cost of the offering as compared to other tools. They are quick to release new features but often ignore improvements to key functionality like processing data and text extraction speeds for the bells and whistles that provide better market optics. Relativity is expensive and doesn't adjust pricing based on new technology. Machine translation is a good example, whilst it is free in nearly all platforms (and can be done in O365 on the fly), Relativity insists on charging a high per doc fee based on character counts while accessing MS Azure's translation features. "RelativityOne: A Game-Changer for eDiscovery"
What do you like best about Relativity?

As an administrator and project manager working extensively with eDiscovery workflows, I’ve found RelativityOne to be a powerful and evolving platform that meets the demands of modern legal and compliance teams. My primary use cases include data processing, document review, case management, and leveraging integrations for data collection—particularly from platforms like Slack.

One of the standout features is how quickly and seamlessly RelativityOne collects and processes Slack data. The platform handles short message formatting exceptionally well, making it much easier for reviewers to follow conversations and context—something that’s often a challenge in traditional review tools.

The introduction of aiR Review has also been a game-changer. It significantly accelerates the review process by intelligently surfacing relevant documents, and the ability to apply redactions in bulk has saved our team countless hours during production.

From a project management perspective, the platform is intuitive and scalable. The cloud-based infrastructure ensures performance and security, while the integration capabilities allow us to streamline workflows across multiple data sources.

Overall, I would highly recommend RelativityOne to teams looking for a robust, AI-enhanced solution for eDiscovery. It’s particularly well-suited for organizations dealing with high volumes of short-form communications and complex case management needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Relativity?

The only downside? Waiting for all the new AI features to roll out! RelativityOne is clearly moving in the right direction, and I’m excited to see what’s next—but I wish some of the upcoming innovations were already available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Relativity?

Relativity is always innovating and allows you to perform anything your heart can imagine within the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Relativity?

There are many different competing products within the platform so it can get confusing at times to define what is the best workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Phenomenal Document Review with Room for More Filters"
What do you like best about Relativity?

I appreciate Relativity for its efficient filtering system, which lets me distinguish important information from the less important seamlessly. I am particularly impressed by the document review process, which eliminates duplicate information effectively. The overall learning experience was straightforward thanks to the supportive lab environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Relativity?

I would always like more search filters. However, sometimes I know the program is not capable of doing that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
