Having used Remo for three years as both a conference host and participant, I really like how user-friendly it is. From the host perspective, it is easy to set up an event. I completed my setup in under 10 minutes, and that includes selecting a floor plan, adding branding, and labeling tables. I find it offers a better flow for my participants, plus it's just really fun to see everyone moving around. I've really enjoyed my experience with Remo, and highly recommend it for any virtual events. The customer support has been phenomenal! Whether it was getting the initial quote, set-up, troubleshooting, etc., their team is always immediately responsive and helpful. Remo beats out Teams and Zoom by a mile! At first, it can be a little intimidating to set up, and some of are participants are overwhelmed with setting up an account and getting started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has flexibility for people to enter different conversations. It puts the control into the viewer's hands and makes for a more welcoming space than you have on other platforms like zoom or teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Wish you were able to share documents with people in the main remo space. It is hard having to get people to go to stage to review content with you. If there could be a pop-up (like a chat) that could be a space to share your screen, that would be awesome. Even when you are in smaller rooms, people sometimes like to share their screen. Remo gives online participants the opportunity to socialize and network much as they would in an on-site conference. In hybrid conferences, online participants are usually "second-class citizens", through Remo they can connect to the on-site activities and participants in a more meaningful way than through the usual Teams or Zoom formats. Conference participants, at least in the disciplines for which I've organised events, are not yet used to online conferencing of the kind offered by Remo. Remo has been a game‑changer for our virtual events. Our Guild (The Religious Education Association) has been doing online conferences since 2020. Because we have gained a growing international population, we continue to do it online. Yet everyone misses the ability to shat in the hallways after a session. Remo gives us that. I also like that there are ways to lock groups. We first discovered Remo during COVID, and now we host our virtual conferences every year. This is an excellent platform for virtual events. We hosted two events there after switching from another provider and it was so intuitive, easy to understand - not just for us, but for our clients and attendees as well. Nothing too serious, but one feature that would be really helpful is the ability for event hosts and speakers to display questions from the Q&A directly on the screen.
