RemoteEye has been a great help for debugging the issues on edge and getting proper assesment of the situation.

The user interface can be better. Also not this issue might not be under the controls of remoteeye, but as connection gets unstable the session breaks sometimes which is a real pain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
