"Easy and Affordable!"
What do you like best about RemotePC?

I am an accountant and have one client who does not live near me. In order for me to efficiently review her QuickBooks desktop files, I need remote access software to make this happen. RemotePC is an easy to use and very affordable option for my situation. And the security features of RemotePC exceed the strict IRS guidelines that I must meet for the safety of my client's financial information. I have also used RemotePC to access my office computer from home. There is also a file transfer feature which is convenient for moving large files that cannot be emailed. The one time I have had to call customer support, the response was very quick, and the representative was professional and very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RemotePC?

I have only positive things to say about RemotePC and would highly recommend! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Works as Expected - Easy to Use - Fair Pricing"
What do you like best about RemotePC?

Setup was easy. Creating an account was easy. Remote connecting to a number of other computers was easy. Transferring files from one computer was easy. There doesn't seem to be a file limit size as with other remote software I've tried. I appreciate the pricing that only counts computers which are being shared, not the number of computers who might need to log into those computers. Performance is quick & seems reliable. I've only been using it for a little over a week, but it already works better than other products I've tried. The security with computer keys for each shared computer allows me to set up other people to access only the machines I want them to access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RemotePC?

The only thing I haven't been able to do is to transfer files from one remote computer to another. For example, I wanted to transfer files from the old office computer to the new office computer, all from my laptop (not a shared computer). I had to transfer the files first from the old office computer to my laptop, then I could transfer them to the new office computer. I was transferring 18 gb of data, so it took a while. If there is a way to do this in one step, I couldn't find it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A game changer! Wonderful and ultrastable remote control over my main PC!"
What do you like best about RemotePC?

Everyday I work very long hours sitting in front of my very powerful desktop PC doing mostly video-editing and sound post-production and now I can switch to my laptop and move to a sofa, sit more comfortably or even outside and still control my main desktop PC!

I tried a few software solutions including Google Remote Desktop, but they were very unstable and kept disconnecting all the time... and this was very frustrating. I have been using RemotePC for about 2 weeks now and I can't express how happy I am I chose it. RemotePC is ultra stable, no more problems with connection! I changed the resolution of the desktip PC screen to fit the smaller laptop screen and it even remembers it and changes the resolution automatically. All I do is click to connect and disconnect if I want to switch back to the main desktop. It was very easy to set up. It is much easier to navigate between two monitors connected to my desktop with RemotePC, than it was with Google Remote Desktop.

I also use my second computer (laptop) to run lectures and I used USB disk to transfer some larger files between computers, now I can transfer large files with Remote PC without even disconnecting the remote control app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RemotePC?

Nothing really. It does its job really well and is very stable and keeps connection forever. There is a slight color compression (to my eye), but the image is sharp, no lags, and I can even watch YT videos launched on the other computer, it runs super smoothly. "My Lifesaver!"
What do you like best about RemotePC?

I own/manage a newish non-profit. The folks at my business location were having difficult computer issues. As my Admin office is in a different city, I was getting frustrated TRYING to walk my staff through the appropriate fixes. I knew there were a few different "remote-in" software platforms, and I did do my research and checked reviews before opting to purchase a RemotePC subscription. I am SO glad I did! The implementation was quick and easy, and I was able to fix the issues that my staff was having in mere minutes without having to leave my office. (Talk about convenient!) My frustrations were dissolved, and I was able to have pretty fantastic day! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RemotePC?

I haven't experienced a downside with using this software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy for team to switch to this product"
What do you like best about RemotePC?

I liked how easy it was to get my team up and running once our IT administrator set up the office. My team was able to quickly download the program, sign in, and get back to work within 15 minutes. I could also tell when someone was connected to their remote computer or not yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RemotePC?

We were unable to find a workaround to utilize the program on multiple screens. Our prior set up allowed us to connect to a computer remotely and then utilize multiple screens across the connection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy and it works"
What do you like best about RemotePC?

I have multiple devices, Mac and PC, that I need to keep updated. RemotePC makes easy work of getting this set up easily so that I can accomplish these tasks. What do you dislike about RemotePC?

The security, while great, can be a bit of a pain, since it won’t directly use my password manager. But copy/paste for this covers of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"RemotePC has made remote work effortless with its fast, secure, and incredibly easy-to-use platform"
What do you like best about RemotePC?

I’ve tried several remote access solutions over the years, but RemotePC stands head and shoulders above the rest. It’s incredibly fast, reliable, and easy to set up — I was connected to my remote computer within minutes. The interface is intuitive, making it a breeze to navigate even for non-technical users, yet it has powerful features that professionals will appreciate.

The connection quality is superb — smooth video, responsive controls, and minimal lag, even when working with large files or resource-heavy applications. File transfers are quick, and I love the ability to access my desktop from any device, whether I’m on a PC, Mac, tablet, or phone.

Security is top-notch with strong encryption and two-factor authentication, giving me peace of mind that my data is safe. Plus, their pricing is very competitive compared to other options, especially considering the feature set.

RemotePC has become an essential part of my workflow, saving me time and making remote work truly effortless. Highly recommended to anyone who needs fast, secure, and reliable remote access! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RemotePC?

The mobile app is functional but not as smooth as the desktop experience.

• Occasional brief lag during very high-resolution or multimedia-heavy sessions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"RemotePC has been an outstanding solution"
What do you like best about RemotePC?

RemotePC has been an outstanding solution for supporting our staff and educators remotely. In the world of K–12 and higher ed, downtime can mean lost instructional time, and RemotePC helps us get ahead of that. Whether it’s walking a teacher through a software update or troubleshooting a network printer from across the district, the seamless connection and reliable performance save countless hours. It’s intuitive enough for non-technical users and robust enough for our IT staff to do in-depth support without physically being on campus. The ability to manage devices across multiple buildings while maintaining high security and compliance standards is a game changer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RemotePC?

Initial deployment required coordination with our network security protocols, especially on restricted VLANs, but their documentation made that process manageable. Once configured, it’s been consistently stable and low-maintenance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"RemotePC review"
What do you like best about RemotePC?

I recently went on vacation and needed to access my Windows PC at home using my MacBook Air. I was a bit nervous about how well RemotePC would handle the cross-platform connection, but everything worked flawlessly. The setup was straightforward, and the connection remained stable throughout my trip. I was able to securely access all my files and work without any issues, just as if I were sitting in front of my home computer. RemotePC gave me peace of mind and flexibility while I was away. Highly recommend this service to anyone needing reliable and easy remote access! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RemotePC?

Nothing, I had no issues with using this program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
