What do you like best about Routespring?

We love how easy it is to use their service by slightly extra and get refunds on even the non-refundable flights. By paying about 9% extra, we get 90% of our ticket value back which is a great option for us, as our consultants are in the field a lot of times, and often their travel needs to be rescheduled. What do you dislike about Routespring?

I would love to see their help center and knowledge base a bit more detailed so we are able to find answers to our questions asap. their support team is awesome and we can reach out to them anytime, but we would also prefer a DIY kind of resolution via help center.
